A stunning pair of antique double-arm Georgian sconces in cast bronze, dating between 1910 and 1920. These sconces were made and signed by Lion Company. Each sconce features a round backplate with a bead-and-reel border; a baluster extends from both the top and bottom, ornamented with acanthus leaves. The arm receiver bowl in the center of the plate features a triad of bellflowers; two sleek sconce arms extend in a U shape to support bobeches ornamented with fan designs. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 14-5/8†tall, 8-3/4†wide, and project 5†from the wall.
