Four matching antique double-arm silver plate sconces with bronze accents, dating from the early 1900’s. Each sconce is crowned with beautifully cast leaves in an unusual heart shape, and features a round, silver plated backplate with a torsade border. The backplate is finished at the bottom with cast bronze knotted drapery. The pair of sconce arms is fastened at the middle of the backplate with a bronze flower, and branches into a pair of volutes at the top with a dangling prism. The other end of each arm supports a bronze foliate wax pan and a silver candle cup with a ruffled edge. These wall lamps are in excellent condition; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces are 12†tall, 8 ¾†wide, and project 5 ¾†from the wall. THE PRICE LISTED IS FOR EACH PAIR; THERE IS NOW ONLY ONE PAIR AVAILABLE.
