This prominent pair of gilded iron sconces dates to the 1920s. They have a fascinating design commencing with the scalloped edge back plate, which is detailed with a foliate and scrolled pattern and showcases a characteristically Neoclassical urn ornamentation. The sconces display leafy bobeches set atop of delicately winding arms which are pinned using charming flower buttons. These antique sconces would accent any Neoclassical, Spanish Revival or Old World d cor. The wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired, come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation and have working switches. They are 9 '' long, 7 '' wide and protrude 3 '' from the wall.
