This elegant pair of Neoclassical sconces dates to the 1920's. These sconces feature an octadic back plate, which is draped at the edges with leaf and dart adornments. The back plate ornamentation continues with a decorative top loop finial, a myriad of lovely florets, and sprigs of acanthus. Arching forward beneath the back plate, one finds two beautifully cast sconces arms, which support cut-out style bobeches. These wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. These are 13 1/8†T, 10 ¼†W 4 ¼†deep.
