Beautiful pair of antique double-arm sconces attributed to E.F. Caldwell, circa 1900's. These wall lamps are in their original two-tone silver plate and brass finish. Each sconce is urn-shaped with a tassel finial and features intricate acanthus, scrollwork, and leaf details. The body of the sconce is ribbed. The sconce arms are S-shaped and extend away from the body to each support a beautiful bobeche with beaded trim at the top. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia’s sake; however, we will gladly replace them with new ones if desired. The sconces measure 13 5/8" tall, 9 3/4" wide, and project 7" from the wall.
