This is a charming pair of ca 1920’s double-arm sconces in their original vibrant polychrome finish. They have custard colored background with lovely pink, blue and green accents. The back plates have a rectangular form with twist-rope border, intricately cast urn for a top finial adorned by florets, and urn bottom finial with foliate detail. The sconce arms spring below the back plates to support leafy bobeches. The wall lamps are in excellent condition. They have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switches for nostalgia sake; however, we would gladly replace them with new ones if so desired. They are 10†long, 9 ¾†wide, and protrude 3 ¾†from the wall.
