A fabulous antique white porcelain industrial sconce with a glass shade, recently salvaged from a 1930’s mental hospital here in Nashville. Made by Parker & Seymour of Syracuse, New York, and signed “P. & S. Alabax,†this sconce features a round porcelain backplate, with an Art Deco glass shade at the top and a working electrical outlet below. It would be fabulous for use over a bathroom mirror. This wall lamp is in very good antique condition with a hairline crack in the back as pictured; the sconce has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 5-3/8†wide, approx. 6†tall, and has a projection of 8-1/4â€.
