A fascinating antique double-arm figural sconce with a cottage design, made by Alfred W. Reiser of Toledo, Ohio, in the 1920’s. The sconce features a square backplate ornamented with a red house surrounded by green trees, with scrollwork and leaves at the top and bottom of the sconce. The polychrome sconce arms support cutout bobeches and are connected by an open scroll design. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. We kept the original nonfunctioning turn switch for nostalgia's sake; however, we will gladly replace it with a new one if desired. The sconce measures 10-1/4" wide, 11" tall, and projects 5" from the wall. A matching single-arm sconce is also available, item NSP758-RW.
