A fabulous pair of antique single-arm Spanish Revival sconces in cast iron, dating from the 1920’s and retaining their original polychrome finish. The backplate of each sconce features a crown at the top, with blue fringed swags below. The middle of the backplate is ornamented with a large shield crossed with a red band and accented with blue fleur-de-lis. The bobeche is ornamented with a torsade border and polychrome volutes, with a crest finial below. These wall lamps are in excellent condition with working switches; they have been professionally rewired and come with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconces measure 10-3/4†tall, 4-5/8†wide, and project 6-1/2†from the wall.
