This is a charming antique flush mount cast iron chandelier, circa 1920’s, in its original polychrome finish and with fantastic original yellow shades. The chandelier features a cream-colored iron body with green and yellow accents, ornamented with volutes and anthemia. The chandelier features a gadrooned center finished with a small foliate finial. Three shade holders with yellow leaves support the tulip-shaped shades, which feature a cheerful yellow color and an unusual surface texture. This flush mount light fixture is in excellent condition; the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The light fixture measures 12” wide and 9 ½” long.
