An antique industrial cage light fixture, designed for use either as a sconce or a flush-mount light. Signed Crouse Hinds, this fixture appears very similar to an explosion-resistant light fixture depicted in a 1936 Crouse-Hinds patent (US patent # 2050839). The light measures 8 ¼†long and 5 ½†in diameter. This fixture has been professionally rewired. Two similar lights (shown in the last photo) are sold separately, item # NC1029 and NC1030.
