This neat floor lamp with a metal base from floor to top has a twisted design and a base with sets of flowers in each (4) sections with a fancy grooved base and a twisted rope design that follows. It was rewired for safety and the size of 15" was with the lamp shade outside diameter. Measuring in Height of 61 1/2" The base at the floor is 10 1/2".
