Charming antique Arts & Crafts lantern, suitable for either interior or exterior use, with textured granite glass and a marvelous patina. Dating from the early 1900s, this pendant light begins in a hexagonal canopy, moving down in a unique chain to a sloped roof. The sides of the lantern are formed by six rectangular panels of glass, each crossed by a horizontal brass band that intersects with a vertical band coming down from the top of the lantern. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges. The lantern body is 8-1/2†wide and 12†tall, and the fixture is 27†long overall.
