Fantastic antique copper lantern sconce with amber granite glass, dating from the early 1900s. This exterior lantern features a wonderful hammered texture and a simple round backplate extending out in a straight arm to a pyramid stud. From the arm hangs the lantern's sloped roof with a flared edge at the bottom. Thin vertical bands separate six amber granite glass panes, and a flared copper base finishes off the fixture. This wall lamp is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, just the expected fleabites around the edges; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all necessary attachments for modern installation. The sconce measures 5-1/2" wide, 11" tall, and projects 8-1/4" from the wall.
