A wonderful antique copper exterior lantern, dating from the 1920’s, with verdigris. The sconce features a hammered round backplate, with a single arm coming up into a large hook. The lantern hangs from a copper ring atop the cone-shape roof. The roof has a scalloped lower edge, and has a granite glass cylinder below with a copper border. This wall lamp is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the edges. This sconce measures 10-7/8†tall, 4-1/2†wide, and projects 6†from the wall.
