This is a beautiful antique five-light chandelier, dating from the 1930 s, with its original prisms. The chandelier begins at the top with its original chrome canopy, coming down to a gleaming loop finial, which attaches to a scalloped crystal dome with sparkling teardrop prisms. The dome tops the chandelier s magnificent cut crystal body, which features a balustrade-shaped center accented in the middle by a beautifully cut crystal sphere. Five S-shaped glass arms support elegant scalloped bobeches ornamented with prisms. The body rests in an intricate crystal bowl, followed by a second dome, which is adorned with teardrop prisms and finished with a marvelous, faceted crystal ball. This light fixture is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks. It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. It measures 20 wide, 27 tall, and 42 long overall.
