A very rare antique cast iron five-light chandelier in its original finish, dating from the 1920’s. This Tudor chandelier features a very unusual cast iron central column designed to look like a wooden post. The chandelier begins with a hammered, faux-riveted iron loop atop the column, with a wheel-shaped iron body below. Each chandelier arm ends in a downward-facing hook, with a hammered bobeche resting atop the arm. The chandelier finishes in a trapezoidal iron loop finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 16†wide and 20†tall, and the fixture is 30-1/2†long overall.
