A fabulous antique six-light bronze and crystal chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with volute loop at the top, with polychrome wreaths below hung with prisms. Bronze bands accented with red polychrome details form the chandelier body, with a second row of wreaths and prisms halfway down. The center of the chandelier features a crystal baluster ornamented with flowers and leaves, atop a cluster of green polychrome leaves. Each chandelier arm ends in a wreath, framing a polychrome foliate bobeche. The chandelier finishes in an unusual prism surrounded by teardrops. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 23†wide and 30†tall, and the fixture is 51†long overall.
