A splendid antique five-tiered chandelier in its original silver plate, dating from the early 1900’s. This three-light “wedding cake” chandelier begins descends in a chain to an elegant loop finial with leaves below. The chandelier body is ornamented with a bead-and-reel border and a design of interlocked hearts that support the first tier of prisms. Below, the chandelier has five tiers of sparkling “icicle” prisms, and is finished in a faceted crystal ball. This light fixture is in very good antique condition with a small dent in the canopy (pictured). It has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is 16 ½” wide and 24” long; the fixture is approx. 43” long overall.
