Marvelous antique five-light figural flush mount chandelier with lions and a nautical theme, dating from the early 1900s. This fixture has a beautifully aged finish and features a simple flush mount canopy which tapers down to a decorative disc layer. Five substantial chandelier arms extend up and out from the body, with shields at the base, an oval panel with a ship and original polychrome accents, topped by two crowned lions. A square fitter with decorative details tops each bobeche. The downward facing bobeches feature a hammered texture and leaf details with an exposed bulb underneath. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The flushmount measures approximately 19" wide by 8" tall.
