A splendid antique two-light gas chandelier with crystal prisms, dating from the 19th Century and now converted to electricity. The chandelier begins with a simple canopy with a beaded border, coming down in a pole to three curled bands that attach to the chandelier body. The chandelier features a richly ornamented border hung with long crystal prisms, surrounding the two lights in the center. This light fixture is in very good antique condition with just a few minor fleabites to the prisms. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures approx. 10 ½†wide and 17 ¾†tall (body only), and the fixture is 35 ¾†long overall.
