Wonderful antique five-light chandelier with intricate floral details, dating from the early 1900s and salvaged out of Chicago. This bronze fixture begins with a canopy with a decorative border, working its way down in chain to a scrolling loop finial. The body is composed of five vertical bands that undulate out and back in around a swirled center rod. Each band has leaf, flower, and swag detailing; between each is a panel of detailed floral fretwork. Original red polychrome finish accents the light's decorative features. The five chandelier arms extend out from the body to support flower cup bobeches. The chandelier finishes in an urn finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier measures approximately 18-1/2" wide, 22" tall, and 40" long overall. Two coordinating chandeliers are available under items #NC1319 and #NC1321.
