This is a wonderful antique iron and brass five-light chandelier with a fleur de lis design. Dating from the 1920’s, this Tudor chandelier begins with a fantastic hammered, gadrooned canopy coming down in a chain to a diamond-shaped brass finial. Five chains, hung on brass hooks, support the chandelier body. Five gadrooned cast iron arms support bobeches with a charming clover-leaf shape. The arms are connected by elegant brass shields, each with a fleur de lis in the center. The chandelier finishes in a brass finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is 18 ½†wide and 21†tall; the fixture is 38†long overall. A matching semi-flush chandelier is available under item # NC801.
