This is a splendid antique five-light chandelier in cast iron, dating from the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with a hammered, faux-riveted canopy, coming down in a chain to a gorgeous hammered loop composed of volutes with stylized leaves. Below, the chandelier body features a scalloped edge with faux-riveted arms extending upward to crenellated bobeches. The underside of the chandelier is ornamented with a bold fleur-de-lis design. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 17 ¾†wide and 16 ½†tall, and the fixture is 35†long overall. This chandelier would be fantastic in either a Tudor or Spanish Revival décor.
