This is a superb antique cast bronze five-light Neoclassical chandelier, circa 1910, with spherical white shades. The central portion of the chandelier body is formed by a cast bronze band ornamented with a wavescroll pattern; five simple shade holders hanging from the band support sleek white globes. The ring is supported by substantial bronze bands ornamented with leaves; the bands converge to a gadrooned center with a tassel. Above, the chandelier hangs by a volute loop finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; the glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. This light fixture measures 21†wide, 24†tall (body only), and 43†long overall.
