A very rare antique twelve-light chandelier in brass and darkened nickel, circa 1910. The chandelier begins with a triangular loop finial atop a darkened nickel cutout piece. The chandelier body is supported by arched darkened nickel bands accented with hammered brass foliate pieces, and features a crimped border and fabulous cutout detail on the underside, lined with a gorgeous piece of mica. Eight lights are mounted around the edge of the fixture; inside the perimeter of lights, the chandelier features a scalloped band with quatrefoil cutouts. Four lights are in the center of the fixture, illuminating the mica. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 24 ½†wide and approx. 27†tall, and the fixture is approx. 46†long overall. A coordinating chandelier is also available, item # NC939.
