A rare antique five-light chandelier with its original acid-cut shades, circa 1915. This pan light begins with a C-shaped hook atop the brass chandelier body. Finely cast chandelier arms, festooned with laurel garlands, support upward-facing shade holders. Each shade holder has a double shade; the first is a simple clear glass shade, and the second shade fits down over the first. The shades are ornamented with bellflowers and garlands. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The glass is also in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, just the expected fleabites around the rims. The chandelier body measures 19-1/4†wide and 13†tall (body only), and the fixture is 38†long overall. This item will ship in multiple boxes; please contact us for a shipping quote.
