A delightful antique five-light chandelier with an acanthus leaf design. Dating from the 1920’s, the chandelier begins with a volute loop with leafy scrolls below, fastened to the chandelier body with an anthemion. Five chandelier arms ascend from a cluster of acanthus at the bottom, supporting foliate bobeches connected by a double torsade border. The chandelier finishes in a clear glass ball hanging from a cluster of leaves. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 16-1/4†wide and 16-1/4†tall, and the fixture is 28†long overall.
