A superb antique four-tiered chandelier in its original silver plate, dating from the early 1900’s. This three-light “wedding cake†chandelier begins with an ornamented canopy and comes down in a chain to a gorgeous acanthus leaf loop finial. The chandelier body features a beaded border followed by a cutout border of modified trefoils. Below, the chandelier has four tiers of sparkling “icicle†prisms, and is finished in a faceted crystal ball. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body is approx. 14†wide and approx. 23†long; the fixture is approx. 42†long overall.
