A beautiful antique five-light chandelier in its original silver plate, with hand-blown prisms, dating from the early 1900’s. The chandelier begins with a silver plated loop finial in an inverted heart shape, atop a baluster body that ends in a dangling foliate finial. Five smooth chandelier arms are fastened by acanthus leaves near the middle of the chandelier, alternating with long prisms. Each arm forms an S-curve, supporting simple bobeches hung with hand-pulled prisms. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 20†wide and 24-1/2†tall, and the fixture is 42†long overall.
