A wonderful antique five-light Neoclassical chandelier, dating from the 1920s, in its original silver plate over brass. The chandelier begins with a large silver plated loop with a hint of Art Nouveau influence; below, the chandelier body features a leaf center surrounded by graceful volute detail and incised leaf designs. The chandelier arms support beautifully detailed bobeches, and the chandelier finishes in a tassel finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 18†wide and 15-1/2†tall, and the fixture is 30-1/2†long overall.
