A wonderful antique wrought iron five-light chandelier in its original finish, dating from the 1920’s. The chandelier begins with a polychrome canopy ornamented with red shields and blue ribbon detail; it comes down in a chain to a finial with a looped border. Below, five wrought iron bands form the chandelier body, connected in the middle with a polychrome foliate bowl finished in a finial. This light fixture is in excellent condition with a beautifully aged finish; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 18†wide and 23-1/2†tall, and the fixture is 40-1/2†long overall.
