The antique chain descends to find a loop-style finial resting above the chandelier’s body. The chandelier’s twisted center rod is surrounded by five faux-hammered, baluster-style rods, which bear embellishment in the form of a twisted and curled rod adorned with an acanthus leaf at the top and enclosing a shield. Each of the five rods meets a bobeche, which makes up a part of the cut-out disc style bottom. The bottom is highly elaborate and features a faux-hammered texture, roping, and acanthus leaves.
