This is a wonderful antique wrought iron five-light chandelier, dating from the 1920’s. This Tudor chandelier begins with a simple canopy, coming down in a chain to an elongated volute loop finial. Below, five iron bands are fastened just below the finial with flower buttons; the bands come down to intersect with a large wrought iron ring, flaring out below to form the chandelier arms. Each arm holds a two-tier foliate bobeche. A twisted iron rod comes down through the center of the chandelier, finishing in a finial shaped like a bouquet of flowers. This light fixture is in excellent condition; it has been professionally rewired and comes with all the necessary attachments for modern installation. The chandelier body measures 19 ½†wide and 17 ½†tall, and the fixture is 36†long overall.
