I believe the inserts to be made of another modern plastic. So far all of my customers seem to be very happy with this new waterfall hardware, but if you are not satisfied with the quality of the pulls, I will accept them in return for a full refund of the purchase price, however I will not refund the shipping and handling fees or pay for the return shipping.
