This is a remarkable antique Gothic Revival cast brass exterior door plate, dating from the 19th Century. Originally from Europe, this back plate features a very unusual shape with elaborate cutouts. The plate is in very good antique condition, with a slight bend in the bottom spike that does not affect the beauty of the piece. It measures 11†tall and 2 3/8†wide.
