This is a very unusual surface mount sliding chain lock, featuring a fabulous geometric fan pattern. Made of cast iron with bronze highlights, this lock dates from the 1880’s and is the only one of its kind that we’ve seen. This Eastlake lock is in excellent condition; the longer piece is 6†by 1 ¾â€, and the shorter piece is 2 7/16†by 1 ¾â€.
