A hard-to-find cast bronze entry door plate in cast bronze, with a double keyhole and a swinging cover, dating from the 1880’s. This Eastlake keyhole escutcheon features a beaded border and an intricately cast pebbled background; the plate is ornamented with foliate detail, and the cover features an incised leaf design. This exterior door escutcheon measures 1-9/16†by 3-15/16â€.
