A hard-to-find antique brass door hardware set with knobs and plates in Russell & Erwin's "Saxonia" pattern, circa 1909. The doorknobs feature an elegant fourfold design with volutes and an overlapping scale pattern; the plates feature a smooth raised center with a scroll and scale border. The door knobs measure 2 ¼†in diameter and 2†deep; the plates are 2 1/2†by 7 1/2â€. The set includes a pair of doorknobs with the connecting rod and set screws, and a pair of doorplates.
