Lalique turtle amber and clear new with stickers and original felt pads. This is a discontinued model. Lalique has not made this model for many years. It was designed in 1973 by Marie - Claude Lalique. The last time we could find the price of this model was in the 1999 Lalique price list under The Tortue Caroline Lalique model #1163900 list price $570.00. I believe this model was discontinued shortly after that with a closing issue price of $800.00. These rarely come to the market most people keep them forever. They make a wonderful paperweight or display in cabinet with other art glass. The turtle measures 6 inches from the tip of its nose to the back of its tail. Widest width 3-5/8 inches.
