In 1923, a patent was filed by Harry G. Dalzell for this combination perfume and powder vanity set. Mr. Dalzell was president of the Fostoria Glass Company of Moundsville, West Virginia the maker of this set. It is crystal (clear) glass decorated with light blue and gold encrusted bands. Approx. 5 3/8" high and 4 1/4" Diameter is this 2 piece set. The stopper is missing. Excellent condition except for a chip on the gold base rim.
