The rich, honey gold shade of Cambridge's amber color is guite beautiful, particularly on this #782 vase, which is enhanced with the #736 etching. This etch focuses on a peacock or Asiatic pheasant resting amidst a bower of trailing flowers. It was introduced circa 1927 and discontinued before 1939.Measuring approximately 8 3/4" in height, the vase flares to 6" in diameter at the rim, giving it the appearance of being even larger than it is. In extremely good condition, the vase does show some very minimal signs of usage, but there are no chips, nicks, cracks or major scratches and has no signs of water residue.
