Condition – excellent, no cracks or chips, shows silver wear on silver-plated brass cover. 1393
- Dalzell, Gilmore & Leighton, Findlay, OH, Findlay Onyx glass was only produced during 1889. Costs were excessively high and considerable loss of items during production and shipping shortened the life span of sales on this art glass. There was experimentation with various colors. (This example has a “best†rim under the lid with nominal nicking that is most often seen on this glass).
