Germany-17th. century glass beaker hand decorated with enamel featuring a hunt scene and depicting a boar and chasing dog. There is a German inscription: "Irgenauf sergener horid macht luft und freid". According to the provenance (attached), this beaker was discovered in an archeological digging in Israel at Dan Hotel in Herzlya, a town neighboring Tel Aviv. The item was auctioned in Israel on October 7, 1998 and at that time, the auction estimate was $1500-$1800. This item is unique and its finding is extremely intriguing!.
