BEAUTIFUL HAND BLOWN AMETHYST GLASS ROSE BOWL. It originally had flowers painted on the side. Most of that design has worn off. The piece is so dark, it appears to be black, but holding to the lights shows the true, dark purple color (see image 3). The bottom features a polished pontil mark, indicating that it was hand blown.
