Sheffield Silver Plate Tantalus Frame Fitted With Three Cut Crystal Decanters And Stoppers. Beautiful highly detailed handle with acorns, oak leaves and the cup-like structures called cupule. The tripartite base with elaborate feet and exquisite ornamental banding. Each decanter held in place within a ring framework, and three small rings to place the stoppers when decanting. Circa 1820.
