I had never seen this etch with a gold decoration at the rim, only silver, so these were a treat to find.Lotus Glass purchased blanks from other companies, such as Heisey, Fostoria, Tiffin, etc and then added their own etches and decorations. Springtime is a very interesting etch that was discontinued circa 1930 and whose focal point is a cameo of a goddess and winged cherub. In addition to this primary decoration, the rims are also enhanced with a 1/2" wide gold etched band. These pretty footed tumblers have a 10 oz. capacity and measure 5 1/8" in height. I believe that these may be a Tiffin blank. Both of the pieces are in excellent condition with virtually no wear to the gold on the rim or the small band on the foot. Please look for other pieces in this design that are being listed.
