This is a fabulous antique arched, etched Aesthetic Movement window, dating from the 1880’s. It features a triad of florets springing from a circle. The circle is adorned with a fan design and abstracted foliate detail. A pair of stems with abstract, geometric leaves extend from the center of the circle to either side of the window. The glass is bordered with a triple stripe pattern, which also runs vertically on either side of the floret design. On the front of the window, the wooden frame has a stained finish and a painted, beveled inside edge. The reverse is painted light blue. The glass is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks, and the frame is in very good antique condition. The window measures 52 5/8†wide, 23 ½†to the highest part of the arch, and 16 ¾†tall on each end. The glass measures 48†wide and 19 ½†tall at the highest point.
