NSG16
This is a stunning antique American jeweled stained glass window, circa 1905. It features two very stylized slag glass flowers in pastel colors, each encircled by two curved pale green slag glass leaves on a clear granite glass background. Between the two flowers is a third bloom formed of honey-colored slag glass with light green leaves, resting atop a brilliant clear faceted jewel. Two variations of the same floret and jewel design are featured near the two edges of the window. Curving slag glass leaves near the bottom, followed by a ribbed glass border surrounding the entire design, finish the piece. The window is in excellent condition with no cracks or breaks to the glass, and the frame is in good condition; one side has been replaced. It measures 40 3/8†wide and 28 ½†tall, with a frame 1 3/8†thick. The glass measures 36†wide and 24†tall.
