This is an amazing pair of antique Corinthian pilaster capitals, c. 1903. Made of plaster and horsehair, the capitals came from Boxwood, Sam Fleming’s mansion in Nashville. Each capital is crowned with three magnificent volutes, followed by layers of intricate acanthus leaves. These pilaster capitals are in good antique condition; they measure 41 ½†wide at the top, 19 ¾†wide at the base, 25 ½†tall, and approx. 18 ½†deep overall.
